WTF is wrong with people? #Opinium finds that only 55% of Brits think that #Starmer should resign as #PrimeMinister for his handling of #Mandelson.
That leaves 45% who either think the rat should not resign, or dunno.
Nearly half of Brits are not outraged.

Anyone can write a press release. It does not make it true.
For example, this “survey” that is trying to get picked up in this week’s news cycle provides no solid details like sample size, methodology, field dates, or weighting. It offers clickbait media ready quotes, but the release includes no polling data. It also does not help that it was published by a “news creation” company.
Again, anyone can write a press release.
Do not rely on any one person or company for your news. And remember that some “polls” are not polls at all.

Obviously, one wishes that Brexit had never happened, but some encouragement can be drawn from the resurgence of pro-EU attitudes in the UK.
My guess is that the polling figures in France and Italy in part reflect the impact of right wing populist parties in those two countries. I'm sure other factors are at work, though.
