REALLY annoyed with the #OpenVibe app. They notified they’re going to a paid model, and offering a 50% off “loyalty” rate - about $20USD per year. It’s been convenient to crosspost to Bluesky and Mastodon simultaneously.
Will look into the why and alternatives. I used Tooot previously which was at least easier to switch between accounts, may go to something else. Grrr.
I dropped #OpenVibe because they wanted me to pay a monthly fee. Nope!
FediLab was a one time pay app. I like it here. If I have to keep my different socials separate from each other, so be it.

Damit ist seit gestern Schluss: Wie das Team von #Tweetoshi verkündet hat, hat man ohne Vorlaufzeit #OpenVibePro, ein #Abo mit Kosten von 3,99 Euro/Monat bzw. 44,99 Euro/Jahr, in die App integriert. User ohne Abo verlieren einige bisherige Gratis-Features und werden mit #Branding-Werbung verärgert.

I'd been thinking of ditching #Openvibe and so this change is a good push to act. I do get their reason for the change, but it's unlikely I'll pay for an app with some frustrating UI issues with basic operations, and temperamental posting behavior.
