I think I found my distribution for the time being. It's openSUSE Slowroll.

It's Tumbleweed with a delay. Less updates, less clutter, stable base and incoming security updates.

I think the big updates happen only twice a month. Works for me.

As #OpenSUSE Tumbleweed has moved to enforcing #SELinux by default[1] on new installations I decided to give it a go and committed to run in enforcing mode.
Turned out not as painful as I expected 馃帀

Pobiera艂em sobie troszk臋 r贸偶nych rozszerze艅, 偶eby poszpera膰 w kodzie i w ten spos贸b sobie stworzy艂em swoje pierwsze rozszerzenie, kt贸re zmienia kolor panelu na kolor z palety barw OpenSUSE oraz dodaje przycisk z logo OpenSUSE, kt贸ry odpala 艂adnie YaSTa, bo czemu by nie :P Nie jest to jakie艣 trudne, chocia偶 nie da艂em rady zmieni膰 koloru t艂a pow艂oki czy innych element贸w tak膮 metod膮. P贸藕niej pokombinuj臋 ze zrobieniem menu ustawie艅 rozszerzenia i mo偶e zrobi臋 jeszcze jakie艣 inne, zobacz臋.
