It is day 14 of #AmigApril

Some days ago I discovered OpenLara, an opensource-implementation of the first Tomb Raider engine and its port to AmigaOS.

It is just a demo with only two levels and (at least in my case) no sound. But it is fully playable at stable 30 fps. I never thought this (unfairly tuned) Amiga is able to push so many polygons 😀

Finally I have taken the time to try out the OpenLara port for the 3DS. 😍
I installed OpenLara to my 3DS and played around with the only supported Tomb Raider game from the Tomb Raider series the first Tomb Raider 1 from 1994. 😎
The only thing that's a bit off is that there's seems to be missing some of the audio more specifically I can't hear Lara's voice in the training area that's in her mention, but at least the subtitles are visible. 🙁

Next time I will try to compile the OpenLara 3ds homebrew port. I think if I remember serves right it supports stereoscopic 3d built in the 3DS. It would be really rad to play Tomb Raider 1 in stereo 3d.

Mit dem folgenden #UserScript kann der Spielstand von #OpenLara aus dem Browser exportiert werden (savegame.dat). Außerdem kann ein Spielstand importiert werden, mit dem man jedes Level spielen kann.

Versuche grade den Spielstand von online #Tombraider aus dem #Browser zu exportieren. Bisher habe ich herausgefunden, dass eine "savegame.dat" in der Datenbank "db" mit Version 22 im ObjectStore FILE_DATA in #IndexedDB als #Blob gespeichert ist.
