#WildlifeWednesday from #opcOnThisDay in 2022, a visit to what is now called White Horse Hill National Game Preserve in North Dakota.
I visited because it used to be called Sullys Hill National Park, and well, I have a quest to visit all “former” (decommissioned or transferred) National Park units in the US (because of course I do).

A few throwbacks I had posted to Facebook during a trip #opcOnThisDay in 2010.
↖️ Amazing cave drapery room in Paradise Lost, Oregon Caves National Monument
↗️ Sandwich time along a black sand beach, Redwoods National and State Parks
↙️ Fern Canyon, Redwoods National and State Parks
↘️ Shelter Cove along the Lost Coast area of King Range National Conservation Area.
Wish I had brought a nicer camera than my old iPhone for that trip!
