I have been opposed:
- I don't get how Therme Spa fits - that could be anywhere, why on the waterfront? (eg: the Blue Lagoon spa is 50 km away from Reykjavík in iceland)
- I think everyone is better served by keeping the #ontariosciencecentre where it was
- I don't get the parking garage, we don't need more cars down there, driving there is unpleasant already

The rest looks great. I like having another place to launch canoes/kayaks.
