No, what I'm referring to was the birdsite giving Trump's account (with millions of fake & "real" followers) a free pass over years to spew hate speech, bullying, insults, racist rants, antisemitic & anti-Muslim slurs, incitement to violence/riots/insurrection & more criminal online offenses, that the birdsite would have suspended for life any non-"celebrity" right away for.
And that's what the birdsite & similar bad tech actors need to be held accountable for, their complicity in tolerating & normalizing wrongdoings & criminal offenses, when being committed by persons/entities these tech corps deem profitable for their own businesses.
