March - I am focusing on one of my learning goals this year, Spanish. I know doing a little daily is better than trying to cram. So … #onemonthonehabit is doing 20 minutes of Pimsleur or similar each day. I have these leg compression sleeves (recovery aid) that are on a 20 minute timer. Perfect.
I also added this to my calendar daily.
