i find myself very much looking forward to #lunch these days. not going simply because it’s #lunchtime #lunchhour, but much more intentional. #omad #onemealaday
already feel lighter. when try to suck in my stomach at least i feel it’s actually happening—unlike in recent past. feeling this positively affecting my #sleep #sleeping too: not enough data yet but wonder if this could get me more #deepsleep.
i‘ll keep this going in a relaxing way. mean i’d eat another meal when i need to like when i’m with family or friends, which i did saturday; even then i don’t think i want to eat as much as before. this happening #fast…ha, perfect #pun. #omad #onemealaday
it just happened. i didn’t plan it. i hadn’t even really thought about it before…
two sundays ago. i went to visit #myfather and i didn’t have anything to eat until that midafternoon when i was offered a pot of soup there! by the time evening came i wasn’t #hungry so that #lunch became my only #meal that day.
naturally somehow i did the same the next day: having #omad #onemealaday. surprisingly there hasn’t been any major sensation of #hunger that bothers me. #sofarsogood.
