So, the Alibaba Group is one of the biggest public cloud providers in the world, and the biggest in China. They design their own CPUs and "AI" chips and everything, just like the western Big Boys.

They have compute by the bucketful. They have whiz-bang engineers and data scientists and researchers and mathematicians.

And the AliExpress recommendation algorithm still thinks "Show him exactly what he bought yesterday" is a winning formula. 🙄

I see the Australia Post facility at Welshpool (WA) has been upgraded from a temporal anomaly to a spatial one as well.

Package sent from Victoria on Oct 4th, arrived at Welshpool on the 8th. Estimated delivery was the 11th. Today I get an update saying the estimate is now the 18th because, for some reason, the package is back in Victoria. 🤦‍♀️
