We get #Washington, #Lincoln, natch'. But also #Jefferson (Declaration of Independence) & #Madison (Constitution).
They claim the #eagle is holding #arrows to symbolize our fight w/ George; inscription is "#Liberty over tyranny."

We're removing the #OliveBranch from our eagle, for our 250th commemorative coins. The dime on its reverse (obverse is #Liberty) will have an eagle w/arrows for war but no branch of #peace.
Taken directly from our 1775 diplomatic "Olive Branch Petition" to #KingGeorge III, the *U.S. Seal* shows the #eagle holding both, & pointedly facing the branch of peace, not facing the arrows of #war.
Add the war crime of "No quarter!" & here we are.

The #TrumpRegime is releasing a new #dime (ostensibly only for the #sesquicentennial). Of course they've gotten rid of that commie FDR on the obverse. More importantly, the US #Eagle on the reverse has ditched the #olivebranch and only carries arrows.

Subtle they are not.

The thing that surprises me most with #fascism is how that don't even bother to hide their intentions. They don't care, and it doesn't cause them to lose any support

In the #USA they are doing a #currency #coinage redesign and they... just fucking dropped the #OliveBranch from the design of the #Eagle symbol, which has been there for 250 years

Are they going to replace the missing Olive Branch with the fascist #Fasces symbol next year?
