For #FlowersonFriday the first bloom since planting my very young Safrano. For now, I'm focusing on antique (like Safrano) roses, with the occasional mid-century varieties. Partly bc I missed my old roses so much in the last garden, and partly bc the old teas and China roses have a good reputation in hot, dry conditions.🤞
