Former President Donald Trump planned to spend the hours ahead of Tuesday night’s vice presidential debate campaigning in Wisconsin. Trump is scheduled to stop in a critical Democratic county where he’s never been before that is crucial to Democrat Kamala Harris’ hopes for winning the key battleground state. Trump was to appear at a manufacturing facility in Waunakee, a suburb of Wisconsin’s capital city of Madison in the Democratic stronghold of Dane County. Later on Tuesday, Trump planned to hold an event at a museum in Milwaukee. Trump was expected to focus his comments in Wisconsin on the economy. Trump must cut into the large Democratic majority in Dane County to win statewide.

@GW This guy is one of the thousands that #Trump has promised he will recruit. He plans to seed the federal government and the judiciary with loyal political lackeys. When an #authoritarian says he will do something, believe it. We can’t afford to hope that a few honest and decent #officeholders or #judges again protect our #democracy. Trump’s planning on replacing them immediately upon his return. I say vote for Biden not because I love Biden, but to preserve our #Freedom.
