Assembled onto the IR-COASTER instrument by astronauts Sunita Williams and Don Pettit, OSCAR was attached to the exterior of the station using a robotic arm, on the Bartolomeo platform.
For a year, it will compose a musical score in symbiosis with the space environment, using real-time environmental data.
