Actually the best word I can come up with us #sailPunk as it combines the #sailing technology and the #punk lifestyle/aesthetics (I agree punk is not an aesthetics or a lifestyle but I couldn’t think of a better description). It is like #solarPunk instead of #steamPunk (I really do not like steampunk) where as #oceanpunk seems to almost a sub genre of steampunk. And although #seaPunk is related to #cyberPunk which I appreciate it seems to exist only online.
I guess Oceanpunk better describes what I had in mind and as we are sailing the oceans it probably is an as much it even more appropriate term.
