I just discovered savory #oatmeal / #porridge . I am not the biggest fan of oatmeal, but already ate the silken tofu / avocado dish 4 times. Its quick to make, its filling and stomach friendly.
In the comments on her YT short many spoke about savory oatmeal being a staple in their country (mainly in India).
Later today I'll try to veganize the egg / chili oil version with more silken tofu and some faux egg powder.
