Im Juli 2024 stellte der internationale Gerichtshof sein Rechtsgutachten bzgl der Besatzung der palästinensischen Gebiete vor. #opT, das bedeutet das gesamte Gebiet von #Gaza, #Westbank als auch #Ostjerusalem, als einer Einheit.

Die Besatzung wurde komplett als illegal eingestuft. Die einzige Möglichkeit für den Staat #Israel sich in diesem Bereich legal zu verhalten sei Präsenz des Staates Israels in diesen Gebieten schnellstmöglich zu beenden.
