At 1121 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Some road closures have been reported in Cuyahoga County, and river
gauges indicate area streams and creeks are rising as run-off
occurs. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.3 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
