First and foremost, the biggest thank you to all teammates, coaches, team managers, volunteers and clubs that I have had the honor of being a part of. Everyone has helped shape me both as a player and as a person for +30 years. Childhood clubs Suså IF and Næstved. My first professional contract in Herfølge/HB Køge to my biggest dreams coming true, being sold to my favorite club since childhood - Brøndby IF, as well as debuting for the Danish national team. Then an 8-9 year journey abroad through Palermo in Italy, Charlton and Preston in England, Utrecht in the Netherlands, Dresden and last but not least - St. Pauli in Germany, which is probably the club that has left the biggest mark and impression on me as a player and not least a person - what the truly beautiful thing about football is and can be and that there is something much bigger than ‘just’ having to score goals weekend after weekend. Thank you to Horsens and finally Hvidovre for giving me the best last time of my career back home in Denmark, where I have also created friendships and memories for life. Finally, a special thank you to all the fans and supportive people - your support has been invaluable, no matter where I have played - and you have helped giving me some of the greatest moments of my life.
