Then he went on a 5 minute weave that included: insults for 2 top democrat leaders; complaints about election being stolen in 2020; discussion how much he dislikes Fox news polls; the success of the operation in Venezuela was; more about polls; ending with saying he’s protecting America from lunatics with nuclear weapons. Early in that cabinet meeting he also spent 3 mins and 27 seconds talking about how Sharpie pens are cheaper and better than the fancier ball point pens used by previous Presidents.

All this while America is at war and the average price of a gallon of gas is bumping up to about $4 / gallon.”
