Local #nttwEffect: today colleagues from the Austrian Mediathek and the Austrian Filmmuseum came to visit our archives and gave us some useful input about some of our equipment. In the coming weeks we’ll visit them as well. And we initially met each other at #nttw7 in Prague. 😃

I really appreciate the efforts to record/stream online and make conferences freely available online following events, even though I wish I could have been there to take part in the discussions. #NTTW7 Peter B. mentions xxHash. Beyond a sentence in the #DPC report on Which algorithm to use? and the Github repo (https://github.com/Cyan4973/xxHash), is there some written feedback on its use in the #digipres context?
