The #Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty or #NPT was a bargain: in exchange for retaining their monopoly, the 5 nuclear weapon states pledged to 1) abstain from the use or threat of force for territorial aggrandizement, and 2) reduce their nuclear arsenals. They've broken both promises. NPT has to go.
