Have you any experience with #fiasp, particularly as used in an #insulin pump? How does it compare to #humalog or #novolog?

I take #novolog via my #tandem #tslim, but I’m finding it increasingly difficult to control my BG as my #gastroparesis grows more erratic over time. I’m wondering if a faster-acting insulin might help, allowing me to NOT bolus until I see a BG rise when my stupid stomach decides to start digesting (sometimes immediately, sometimes 4 hours later).

Apparently the cause of the novorapid/novolog insulin, produced by Novo Nordisk, is they stole manufacturing capacity from their insulin business to produce more Ozempic.

Instead of increasing production capacity, they shifted capacity to a more profitable drug.

Despite that, Ozempic is still in massive shortage. But also so is novorapid/novolog, now.

If this is actually true, Novo Nordisk is endangering lives for profit.

And this #dexcom #g7 sensor session is apparently sensitive to pressure. I rolled onto my right side at some point, and now I’m 70 (up from LOW). Granted I had a light dinner (salad) and no snack last night, so I’m not *shocked* I went low, just that I went *that* low.

So thanks to the alarms going off, I’m now watching the finale of #CoupleToThrouple then I’ll hit the shower and have real breakfast instead of the snacky seed/nut mix I keep nearby. #t2d #mounjaro #tresiba #novolog #hypo
