Noticing the sad reality that thin is in again, in a bad way. After we did so much work in the 2010s to promote body positivity. Idk if its the early 00s trends or the discovery of super effective weight loss medicines like ozempic, but it's like going back in time.

(Not upset about ozempic existing, I gather its extremely helpful for many people, its peoples perceprion of whats fashionable that troubles me.)

We call decades "the eighties," "the nineties," etc.

The decade between 2000 and 2009 is "the noughties".

I miss the optimism and excitement. It was before everything technology-related went to shit.
