Can't wait to watch #Kouhaku later today. (Couldn't watch it live because Yoshiko had to work, of course.)
We are currently prepping nigiri sushi, sashimi, chawanmushi, nama harumaki, renkon fry, and other misc for #Shogatsu dinner.
Also thinking about all the people in #Wajima and the rest of the #NotoHanto on the second anniversary 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake.
Great article. Like the article, I also highly recommend #Kanazawa in #Ishikawa (the #Hokuriku area).
The #NotoPeninsula (#NotoHanto) also has lots of great stuff - especially the festivals in August.
Not sure if #Wajima or #Suzu are ready yet for tourists after the New Years Day earthquake last year, though. If they have recovered enough, they are awesome and definitely in need of some support.
