The song "Feine Leute" from Georg Danzer's long-playing record "Feine Leute" from 1979.

On the cover you can see the front of the back of young Georg as he opens his coat in an exhibitionistic way in front of a frightened "high society" of rich snobs in a correspondingly fine ambience and lets them see the naked truth.. You can find the translated text of the title track "Feine Leute" here:

Fine people

Fine people never sweat
never go to work either
Fine people never lie
Tell only the truth
Fine people never pee in the flower vase
Never fall out of roll or on the fine nose
Oh, they were born under a fine star
Oh, I just like fine people

Fine people drinking tea and eat cake
Sitting on the couch
You never hear them cursing
Fine people are well-groomed,
honest, nice and open
are built up by higher things
and affected by the suffering of others
everything all too human is far from them
Oh, I just like fine people

Fine people are loyal
But only to their own kind
And they're so liberal
They're so nice, the rich ones
Fine people thank God,
because they are so happy
That they are fine people,
well, that's just the way it is
Yes, I love you, ladies gentlemen
Oh, I just like fine people

I love what i'm doing but what I can't understand at all is that quite a few people here hardly post their own things, but only boost what others post or any links.. but have 3 to 4 times as many followers as they follow themselves and 6 to 10 times as many "posts", which are actually only "boosts" of others.

I just call them the "social media digestive system" comfortable, uncreative, snobbish and adorn themselves with foreign feathers.

Boosting posts to share them and follow people if you often like their posts is a good thing, but to boost almost exclusively without following and even if at all only posting with the least possible effort (unresearched media links, external content without credits, etc.), I find selfish and antisocial.

For me, there are hardly any differences to the data-guzzling bots. If I observe such behavior in the future, I will block corresponding accounts, otherwise I could have gone to X.

That's why I'm thinking about keeping my "normal posts" public, but to post TOPICS and theme-based threads only for followers.

I don't know how to decide yet, but I wish for mutually inspiring conversation with people who respect each other and appreciate what the others contribute and not this indifferent, arrogant consumer behavior.

It's not for nothing that #nobot #nosnobs is in my profile and i hope i stated this clearly now.
So enough complaining, but it had to be.

I wish you a wonderful creative and enriching time!
