In the first part of this video, before it switched to a panel discussion, Norman Eisen addressed two important questions that were left unmentioned in the audio and text I had seen and heard up to this point. 1) The Supreme Court unanimously did not explicitly deny that Trump had engaged in insurrection. 2) The timing of this announcement seems political.

By and large, I do not post CNN videos. The host here said nothing to cause me to rethink this practice.
