Notes from Sam Francisco by Rory Gallagher
In 1977 Rory was persuaded by his record company to record an "American Album" in San Francisco. He was never happy with the mix: indeed, he seems to have been dissatisfied with his sound generally, and soon afterwards parted ways with Rod De'Ath (drums) and Lou Martin (keyboards), replacing them with drummer Ted McKenna, formerly with Alex Harvey, reverting to a 3 piece.
The album was eventually released on CD in 2011, with a live CD, also recorded in San Francisco in 1979 with the revised line-up.
The 3 disc vinyl, issued through Music On Vinyl, is remarkably hard to come by, and I paid too much (#noRegrets) when this nearly mint copy came up last week.

When you buy a new Gunpla kit, build it with excitement, then check your bank account and wonder where your money went… 💸😂
Joder, me acabo de dar cuenta de lo reventade que me ha dejado este fin de semana extendido.
1. I wore my pajamas all day. #NoRegrets
2. Housemate's almond tree is blooming, pink flowers everywhere. I actually looked out my window and gasped.
3. Sonbeam's boyfriend walked over to deliver a bag of baked treats, and hugs, and offers to help me with the physical labor still needed to get my sewing corner back together (blending it seamlessly - HAR HAR - with the bookbinding corner).
