Had a weird dream last night. Nothing special at first, but I woke up in the middle of the night absolutely furious—like, really angry. It felt so real that I almost started ranting about the situation from the dream right there and then.
Normally, I wake up from dreams knowing it was just a dream and shrug it off. Not this time. This one hit differently. It was so intense I had to play an audiobook just to calm down and fall back asleep.
When I woke up again later, I couldn’t even remember what had made me so angry. I just knew the feeling had been very real. To make sure the whole situation wasn’t part of the dream itself, I checked my phone—and yep, the audiobook had been playing. So, the anger was real... and obviously, the audiobook too. 😅
Maybe it’s a side effect of the E? I recently increased from 2mg to 3mg a few weeks ago. Maybe that change tipped things over when it comes to dreaming. No idea, but it was definitely strange.
