@MichalBryxi also they provide a means to opt-out, add #NoBots to your bio (which to be fair, if you don't want automated stuff is a pretty common thing - most well ran ones respect that so may have other upside for you)

AlexIf your server is providing data to tags.pub, and you don't want your content to be boosted by tags.pub accounts, you can add the #NoTagsPub hashtag to your account bio. (If you've already got a #NoBots hashtag in your account bio, we'll also skip any boosts.)
It may be necessary to actively block bots that become followers or scrape your posts, if you don't want to litter your bio with a string of their intrusive, "mandatory" opt-out #No… hashtags.
An hour ago, I had changed #NoBot to #NoBots, to fend off tags.pub, a brazen scraper bot of the pompous @swf. As they declared in a haughty manner, you need to opt out by adding the plural form.
An hour later, the rotten @HolosDiscover bot followed me – because it demands the singular form, #NoBot, for an "opt-out".
Fuck all nonconsentual stalker bots. For their creators, I wish they catch a long-lasting infection with Pthirus pubis, and may their arms be way too short to allow for scratching.
