Actually a funny and creative concept for a conlang but this whole esoteric and new age stuff around it is turning me off.

Actually the question syntax is:
sina toki ala toki e toki pona?
So you can answer "toki" or "toki ala" whether you speak it or not, respectively.
And... yes. mi toki e toki pona.
