The game definitely needs an QoL overhaul of the crafting system. With that many raw materials, components and composite components you spend more time in the crafting menus than playing the game.(I exaggerate a little but only a little)
A simple persistent filter for material attributes and a in-game crafting-todo-list would already improve it greatly. Or a chain crafting system where missing components get crafted when you have the materials.

I now have played roughly 30 hours of #Nightingale.
I really love the flair and environments.
And who doesn't want to fly through Fae realms with a Merry Poppins style magical Umbrella! 😃
The one thing they went totally overboard with are the crafting materials. Every type of tree, ore, hide, meat etc has different properties. Probably a bit too much but you can ignore most of it if you don't want the hassle.
The settlement system is basically Fallout 4. I was hoping for a bit more.
Nightingale pulls off a nice mix of Victorian Steam-/Etherpunk mixed with some Fae realms magic.
I just love this type of setting and aesthetics.
It is currently on sale for under 6€ and I find it entertaining.
It runs without problems on my linux mint (the character editor has some major performance problems. But the rest of the game runs smoothly)
