One of my first World of Warcraft characters that stuck was a Night Elf Druid, so some of my earliest memories of the game are Teldrassil and Darkshore. I think that, even though my main is currently a Worgen (albeit a Druid), is why the post-Amirdrassil quests have hit me right in the feels. I think it was seeing Grimclaw that started it and it just didn’t let up with the happy/sad. By the time Ysera went back to Ardenweald I was a blubbering mess. You don’t get that in any other form of storytelling - you’re so immersed in the world you don’t realise how much you care about even minor characters. I wish I could have interacted with Ursol - I’m still cut up about Ursoc, so I really hope he’s ok… #WorldOfWarcraft #Dragonflight #NightElves
