strayer has been working on an update for the Taira split keyboard, and if the final test stage is successful, I‘m confident the release is imminent!

Bigger batteries, a nice!view for low power consumption visual feedback - and some 3d printables are in the making, too.

Can’t wait to get this soldered and running!

That’s a $5 nice!nano v2 knock off, seems pretty legit actually.

One cool thing compared to the original is that it has a dedicated ceramic Bluetooth antenna (the red thingy). Which is great news, because the o/g MCU has notoriously weak Bluetooth connection. Kind of a pain actually for a keyboard

Battery state is just static to be fair, but next step is to understand how I implement HID input so I can add it to tinygo-keyboard by @sago35 🫣

Thanks to @adafruit lib I was able to interact with #niceview on #nicenano thru #tinygo.
Now I need to wrap it to driver and try to PR upstream.

@sago35 does tinygo-keyboard supports screens and displaying useful data from keyboard? I saw you have some keyboards with screens in your examples
