The Rock (1996) and National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007) starred Nicolas Cage and Ed Harris opposite each other -- and each film had Jerry Bruckheimer as a producer. But those aren't the only people who worked together on both films.

Hans Struhar, a Hollywood costumer, has his Humvee stolen in The Rock and his Range Rover stolen in National Treasure: Book of Secrets. These are his only two acting credits.

A ★★★½ review of The Surfer (2024)

A man returns to the place he grew up in and tries to surf with his son. He is met with outright hostility from the people on the beach. “Don’t Live Here, Don’t Surf here” is their by-word. Now this man, he ain’t no ordinary man. He’s Nicolas Cage and he wants to buy his old family house but is being stymied and he is separated from his wife who is pregnant with another man’s child and his son is sort of estranged from him and now he’s dealing with this shit. When they steal his surfboard, he loses it.
