NHS staff had a 3.3 per cent payrise agreed yesterday starting in April. This is NHS England though. NHS Scotland agreed a 3.75 per cent payrise for staff in April 2026, two years ago! #NHS #nhsscotland

Good morning fellow Mastos and hello Thursday. Good news yesterday, our friend Peter is having a care package sorted out and is coming home soon!👍#NHSScotland

I'm off to Buckie today. MrsD is having her legs waxed, and toe nails done. She can't put shoes on until it hardens so I'm driving. Wesley was due a haircut today in Buckie but they had to postpone for a week. Bummer! (With a gg!)

Have a great day. Have fun, take care.

Some more detailed info in this pdf from NHS Scotland.

Further changes to childhood vaccinations in Scotland - News - Public Health Scotland

Following a detailed review by the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI), the UK’s independent expert group on vaccines, Public Health Scotland (PHS) has been working with the Scottish Government and colleagues across NHS Boards to make some changes to Scotland’s childhood vaccination programme.

It seems like a smart idea to get vaccinated (if you can - speak to your pharmacist), and, if you're able, encourage vulnerable folk to do the same. #nhsscotland #nhs #flu #scotland
