Taiwan’s healthcare system may not be perfect — but it may just be the world’s best. And the average cost is only US$42 per month.

Grateful for the invitation from Talent Taiwan to share my perspective and extol the virtues of this country’s system. (All views my own.)

1/n Notes on #UAP Discussions : We have to tread carefully, but for analysts and researchers who need to know where exactly the literal cutting edge of governance vs reality is regarding #UAP / #NHI this may be the most precise presentation of current status (with the tools) outside investigators have at their disposal. Simultaneously honest and on the right track

Non-Human Identities are quietly becoming the new attack surface — service accounts, API keys, bots… They outnumber humans in most orgs, yet visibility is often close to zero. The perimeter didn't just move. It multiplied. Understanding what's running on our behalf is the first step. 🔑 #infosec #NHI #ZeroTrust

Identity is the new perimeter as rapid NHI proliferation threatens visibility and control

NHIs are linked to diverse assets across the enterprise technology ecosystem, creating a highly fragmented architecture and making it challenging for security teams to maintain visibility and control.

Saturday #NoeticSpectrum : We have a similar scenario now wrt
#PlanetaryScience that we’ve had with #UAP / #NHI presence.
The mostly science illiterate buffoons of the current administration are unlikely to be capable of rationally weighting where the most immediate threat to national security is ( it’s actually them, but never mind that). #ClimateChange is an active destroyer, while #UAP / #NHI impact mostly our imaginations. I’m using them as comparatives, not suggesting they are linked
Among today's declassified Pentagon UAP releases, one infrared video shows an eight-pointed star-shaped object leaving what appears to be a trail or exhaust, moving in ways that have researchers and viewers genuinely rattled. Disclosure is accelerating fast. #uap #nhi 1/2

"Pastors invited to speak to unidentified 'Government officials' - Say: You have to prepare your people for #alien #disclosure"

For folks not following, there have been multiple US Senate hearings into so called "Special programs".
And a number of whistle blowers, intelligence officers, Naval admirals, Combat pilots.

Compartmentalised research into 'crashed' #UAP for the last 3-4 years with the secrecy (the programs) of Manhattan Project.

Rumour has it that it's not because they want to disclose the secrets, but a "mystery deadline" is approaching in 2027.

My assessment of the tweet: Unverified.
But keep your ears to the ground.

Cisco acquires Astrix Security to tackle non-human identity risks — API keys, service accounts, OAuth tokens… The identities that never sleep, never rotate, and quietly accumulate privileges over time.

Sometimes the biggest attack surface is the one that can't log in with a face. 🔑

1/n Notes on #UAP Discussions : There is no gentle way to go about this but, as always, there is always some good news...
#UAP / #NHI predates our governance, our culture, our norms. It turns out to be very likely that our sense of norms, ethics and morality stem from things foundational and transcendent. They do not depend on us as much as we depend on them. They are not local.
Unfortunately the current #Whistleblower situation is compromised. It's bad. Discourse on #Disclosure in its current-
2/n…in spite of wide public interest the actual community wrt to researchers and highly technically skilled individuals and representatives (including the #UAP task force) is relatively small ; the loss of anyone, particularly under these circumstances, is alarming.
We should be hearing something from agencies normally tasked with responding to these situations.
We need to protect these #Congress members, #Whistleblowers, researchers. This isn’t the work of a lone wolf. It’s not #NHI
