I need some new cables. TRS. I was looking at #RunwayAudio because #DylanTalksTone recommends them and the specs/descriptions on the website are pretty good.

Got this new toy in the mail yesterday, spent the whole day today (national holiday here in France) playing with it, and I have to admit I'm impressed!
(and as a former boutique amp maker, I have pretty high standards 😉)

I've already captured 4 of my amps, and the results are quite convincing!

Definitely not the same feeling as standing in front of a "real" amp, but I could very well consider using it for recordings, rehearsals & gigs 🎸

Backpack: Osprey Atmos AG LT

Shoes: Vivobarefoot Magna Lite SG through their ReVivo program

The shoes are dialed in as I've been out running in them a bit. For the backpack it is good, even when I've yet to dial it in it is nice. Pack plus gear 20kg (2kg+18kg).

I had to hammer in the bottom 3 strings. Gave up on the octave bottom & found a string that only took a few pounds before cooperating. lol

Need to find a thai wrap to hold the strings in place at the nut. The top thick string is an octave below what it should be. I'm afraid to go higher until I have something to alleviate tension b/c the nut is already broken there from last time...

Never used the top string on a 4-string w/ drop C. Now I have ext. range below. Played old riffs on it. Awesome to be able go lower!
