"In terms of finding ways to feel better in the short term, there are interventions that are relatively nonharming or completely nonharming. They’re going to help the #body feel a little bit more comfortable. They’re going to help the #nervous system get recalibrated. But other interventions are going to cause a whole other set of problems. Which doesn’t mean that we can never do them.
