L'Abbaye des Morts appeared in 2010 as a PC game that looked like a ZX Spectrum game. It has since been ported to a bunch of old systems, including the Spectrum itself, C64, Mega Drive, Amiga, etc.

I'm playing the NES version, from 2021. Looks good and has nice music. I like the medieval setting.

The mechanic is simple: move and jump, avoiding hazards and collecting crosses. There are no weapons. It's not easy but not very hard either.
