Having finished this #sewing project, I can't say I recommend making a #plushy out of #neoprene. Definitely not as a first #stuffedanimal since every hole made stays visible and having 6 layers at the ears gets extremely thick. I don't think any extra holes are visible but it was a bit nerve wracking when I was revising seams that didn't look quite right the first time. None of these issues were the fault of the pattern which worked well.

Finally plucked up the courage to take a walk to the mud pit and give it a try 😁

It's a lot deeper than I remember, it might only be knee deep but its ideal for a beginners pit, its nicely secluded too 🤤

And in a wetsuit it certainly gave it that more 'risqué' vibe 🥴
