In the #monstercrown discord someone questioned how Surgus wrist anatomy worked, so I mused it through a sketch, and then it become a whole Surgus sketch, and then the game devs chimed in about Surgus surgery instruments and surgery habits and then Oh it's a full illustration with two of them and a model bant head OOPS

Flawed game (affectionate) but impressive undertaking for a solo dev. The edgy story makes me smile though, so I have always enjoyed making fanart of the little game!
Cannot wait to play some of the sequel later today :)
