Yesterday I had a lovely
Interaction with
A lady on the bus.
She is visiting from Germany
And was returning from
A day spent in a forest.
We bonded over our
Love of trees.
She asked for
A recommendation
For a place to visit.
I first mentioned Lynn Canyon
And she said thatโ€™s
Where she spent the day
And it was wonderful.

Today I took myself to a forest for some much-needed nature time. Thereโ€™s a Save-On grocery store nearby so I stopped in.

They have a *huge* health section. The nutritionist came to see if I was finding everything + I mentioned I was happy to see the selection of brands.

I noted one for hot flashes + he was surprised I needed that. He said he thought I was 35 but I told him Iโ€™ll be 55 this year.

I love seeing surprised reactions to my age.
