We spent some time at the Myakka River yesterday. It was an extremely gorgeous day, but we noticed a bunch of buzzards congregating on the opposite river bank. Where there are buzzards, there is death. I looked around and noticed dead fish scattered along the bank. Fearing some environmental disaster, I asked a guy with a boat why all the dead fish and he replied that it was probably the recent cold snap. #Florida #nature #NatureIsMetal

Call me naive, but I hadn't thought about taking a winter coat to the tropics. And that was exactly what I needed when filming the Bromo volcano in Java. The smoke, fog, and cold wind brought an extra dramatic dimension to the horsemen in this grey no man's land. I don't think there is such a thing as bad weather conditions for filming. Ok, I was lucky enough to stay warm in an oversized coat that the lodge lent me. 😄 Terima kasih🙏
