Sprawa jest tym bardziej bulwersująca, że na tym obszarze realizowany jest (z udziałem Centrum Ochrony Mokradeł) projekt Life, w ramach którego ze środków UE planowana jest wielkoskalowa poprawa uwodnienia torfowisk. Zresztą działania renaturyzacyjne od lat prowadzi na tym terenie również Park Krajobrazowy. Udrażnianie rowów i kanałów odwadniających to działanie idące w odwrotnym kierunku, niweczące skuteczność wykonanych za publiczne pieniądze działań renaturyzacyjnych.
Dzisiaj zgłosiliśmy sprawę na policję, a do wykonawców apelujemy o natychmiastowe wstrzymanie prac, które w naszej opinii znacząco oddziałują na wartości przyrodnicze tego terenu, szczególnie na przedmioty ochrony obszaru #Natura2000 Jezioro Łuknajno.
Osuszanie torfowisk i ingerencja w stosunki wodne w takim miejscu prowadzi do:
❗ niszczenia naturalnej retencji wód podziemnych
❗ degradacji cennych siedlisk zależnych od wód
❗ bardzo wysokich emisji gazów cieplarnianych
Będziemy informować o dalszym rozwoju sprawy.

Zullen we het maar niet hebben over de schade die ze aanrichten op biologische percelen im hun buurt. Of akkerbouwers die door dit handelen niet biologisch kunnen worden.

Mittelplate: Was war da letzte Woche eigentlich los?

Letzten Donnerstag hat das #Verwaltungsgericht #Schleswig einem Eilantrag der Deutschen Umwelthilfe stattgegeben.

Diese wandte sich gegen die noch bis Mai 2026 laufende Hauptbetriebsplanzulassung der Bohrinsel Mittelplate. Mit Erfolg. Jetzt fehlt es dem Betreiber an einer vollziehbaren Erlaubnis, weiterhin Öl dort zu fördern.
