This fine is nowhere near enough. The water companies consider fines of £3 to £4m as a cost of doing business. At a minimum water companies should be banned from paying shareholder dividends whilst this sort of malpractice continues. My preference would be for all UK Water Companies to be #Nationalised
Sowohl Russland wie auch Deutschland und Polen haben seit dem russischen Angriff auf die Ukraine Unternehmen der Gegenseite verstaatlicht und ausländische Investoren damit enteignet. Es stellt sich aber grundsätzlich die Frage: Sind solche Verstaatlichungen überhaupt erlaubt - oder stellen sie auch in Zeiten des Krieges einen Bruch des Völkerrechts dar und sind somit illegal?
