So I should put that score above into a bit of context. For a good while I was going with a strong three stars bordering on three and a half for this one. It's the sort of fun high concept thriller that used to be all the rage but we don't get that many of in cinemas anymore. Josh Hartnett makes for a great villain protagonist, there are some great tension building set pieces, and M. Night Shymalan seems to have a better handle on dark humour here than in, say, Old.
