I'm calling today's 14.1 km walk brisk. At 9:24 per km. Since there is no consensus on what brisk is, it can be anything I want it to be. So there. Once again a lightly light 65% exercise value (98 bpm). It was 13.9C with 62% humidity.

Well, it was a pretty clement 10.6C (77% humidity) for today's 14.1 km walk. Didn't help the speed any at 9:36 per, or the exercise value at 65% (lightly light 97 bpm),
Don't really know what would help. Getting younger, probably. Training, probably. Neither of those two are happenin'. Must be something easier.
