Meanwhile in another part of town people were running for 26.2 miles. Ugh.
Friday, and yes, it's 14.1 km for today's walk. At 9:21 per it was the fastest in the last couple weeks. Not that that is saying much. A lightly light 98 bpm was 65% of the max. Better than nothing, They tell me. Whoever 'They' is.

I'm calling today's 14.1 km walk brisk. At 9:24 per km. Since there is no consensus on what brisk is, it can be anything I want it to be. So there. Once again a lightly light 65% exercise value (98 bpm). It was 13.9C with 62% humidity.
