Breve interludio musicale per Emmanuel Macron durante la cena di stato cui ha preso parte ieri sera a Erevan, in Armenia. Macron ha preso il microfono per intonare "La Bohème", uno dei maggiori successi internazionali di Charles Aznavour, l'artista che ha incarnato i legami tra i due paesi. Macron non era solo ad esibirsi, ad accompagnarlo al pianoforte c'era il presidente armeno, Vahagn Khachaturian - che successivamente si è lanciato in un'interpretazione di un altro grande classico della canzone francese, Les Feuilles Mortes, il testo scritto da Jacques Prévert e reso celebre dall'interpretazione di Yves Montand - e il primo ministro, Nikol Pashinyan, alla batteria. Emmanuel Macron non è alla sua prima interpretazione della Bohème. Il Presidente aveva già scelto questo classico della canzone nell'ottobre 2023, durante una cena organizzata al Palazzo dell'Eliseo con grandi nomi della moda come Pharrell Williams e Naomi Campbell. L'esibizione dei due capo di Stato tuttavia non sembra da incorniciare... Insomma, l'effetto Sanae Takaichi - la premier giapponese che si è spesso esibita alla batteria - non c'è stato.

Emmanuel Macron is not at his first performance of “La Bohème.” The President had already chosen this classic song in October 2023, during a dinner organized at the Élysée Palace with major fashion names such as Pharrell Williams and Naomi Campbell. The performance by the two heads of state, however, doesn’t seem to warrant a special mention… In short, the Sanae Takaichi effect – the Japanese Prime Minister who often performs on drums – wasn’t there.
