你大概早就聽過「塑化劑會讓男生袂生、打亂女生月經週期」這樣的說法,不過你可能不知道:塑化劑不過是塑膠生產加工過程中,上千種化學添加物中的其中一小群而已,也不是所有的塑膠製品都會有塑化劑(PVC最有可能含塑化劑)。而其他的添加物 —— 重金屬、雙酚類、PFAS……等 —— 跟塑化劑一樣都是屬於環境荷爾蒙(內分泌干擾素),也一樣都會影響男生精子的產量和品質、干擾女性的月經和卵巢功能。
